GradCook: Growing up with a Father who catered his way through school, I was no stranger to delicious food. Once I got to college, I finally discovered what my dad loved about preparing the food, in addition to consuming it. Figuring out what flavors work well together (and those that certainly don't) through hands on trial and error is one of my favorite things about cooking. I also like knowing exactly what I am putting into my body. I enjoy taking traditional recipes and putting a healthy (yet still flavorful) twist on it. I also like taking healthy ingredients a livening them up with interesting preparation and spices. I am no stranger to spice, in both flavor and heat, which I use a lot in my recipes. I created this blog to share my experiments with food with friends and family. Hopefully you find something healthy and tasty to try tonight!
